4 Little Girls
In Birmingham, Alabama on September 15, 1963, four young girls attending Sunday school were killed when a bomb detonated inside a black church. As a turning point in the history of the civil rights movement, it was a shocking act of violence. The whole tale of the bombing, including an interview with former Alabama Governor George Wallace, is examined by Spike Lee in his new film.
