Broadway Danny Rose
Danny Rose, a clueless talent manager, is entangled into a love triangle involving the mob after he assists a client in need. An incident exchanged among a group of comedians over lunch at New York's Carnegie Deli serves as the basis for his story, which is delivered in flashbacks. Countless terrible artists are represented by Rose's one-man talent agency, including a one-legged tap dancer, and one mildly talented performer: washed-up lounge singer Lou Canova (Nick Apollo Forte), whose career is on the mend.
