Christmas in Connecticut
Elizabeth Lane is a well-known food writer in the United States. She describes herself as a hardworking farm woman who takes care of her children and is an exceptional cook in her columns. But it's all a lie. She's an unmarried New Yorker who can't even boil an egg, in reality. Felix, her longtime buddy, provided the recipes. A brave sailor will spend his Christmas on *her* farm, according to the proprietor of the magazine she works for. Miss Lane realizes that if the truth is revealed, her career will be ended, but what can she do?
