Do Not Disturb
Michel, a jazz enthusiast, has recently discovered a rare album that he dreams of listening to privately in his home room. However, it appears as though the world is conspiring against him: his wife chooses this moment to make an untimely revelation, his adult son pays a surprise visit, one of his friends knocks on the door, and his mother continues to call him on his smartphone. Not to add that his apartment building's tenants are hosting their annual House Party today. Michel, who is manipulative and a liar, is willing to go to any length to obtain a moment of peace and quiet. Is it still feasible to get one hour of peace in this day and age?
