Don't Go Breaking My Heart
Cheng Zixin (Gao Yuan-Yuan), a Mainlander and financial analyst who moved to Hong Kong with her ex-boyfriend Owen (Terence Yin), bumps into him on the bus. Seeing Owen talking to his ex-girlfriend, Owen's pregnant wife goes into full-blown panic mode. In his haste to disembark the bus, Cheng nearly runs over by a passing car. Afterwards, Cheng is saved by a shambling drunk named Fang (Daniel Wu). Cheung Shen (Louis Koo) sits in a nearby car and observes the events unfolding around him from a safe distance. An office building next next to Cheng Zixin is home to CEO Cheung Shen, a playboy who also works full-time at an office. Through the window of his office building, Cheung Shen begins to entice Cheng Zixin with love letters and other communications. Few weeks later, Cheng Zixin is confronted by the same drunken, gagged Fang who saved her life. It turns out that the drunken guy is actually a top architect from Canada who is going through personal difficulties. They quickly become good friends.
