Gauche the Cellist
Gauche is a diligent but mediocre cellist who works for a small town orchestra and the local cinema in the early twentieth century. During rehearsals for Beethoven's Sixth Symphony, he struggles and is frequently chastised by his conductor (the Pastoral Symphony). Gauche is visited by talking animals at his mill house home over the course of four nights while he is practicing.
