L'Eclisse

This romantic play by Michelangelo Antonioni depicts the love life of Vittoria, a gorgeous Rome-based literary translator. After breaking up with her partner, the writer Riccardo, Vittoria meets Piero, a vivacious stockbroker, on the crowded floor of the Roman stock exchange. Despite the fact that Vittoria and Piero establish a relationship, it is not without difficulty, and their commitment is tested during an eclipse.
