Sing enjoys reading comics and frequently fantasizes about becoming a billionaire or famous. By chance, he becomes a gang member and becomes friends with Wai's adopted son, Chun. Sing and Chun's string of triumphs instill contempt in Wai's heart. Wai intends to eliminate them in order to create an opportunity for his son to flourish in his own business.
