Shinjuku Incident

Steelhead is a Chinese laborer who comes to Japan in search of better opportunities. Unable to find honest job and bullied into the shadows with his fellow Chinese illegal immigrants, he eventually finds himself as the ruler of a black market mafia. Steelhead's climb to mafia dominance spirals out of hand after he provides a lethal service to a powerful Yakuza crime leader, and he is given charge of the dangerous and profitable Shinjuku neighborhood.
