Ship of Fools

In the 1930s, passengers on a ship heading from Mexico to Europe depict society as a whole. The crew is composed entirely of Germans, including the ship's physician, Dr. Schumann, who develops feelings for one of the passengers, La Condesa. Jenny, a young American woman, is traveling with David, the man she adores. Jenny is intrigued and perplexed by the identities of several of the passengers.
