Storm Over Asia
A teenage Mongol herder and trapper gets defrauded of a valuable fox fur by a European capitalist fur trader in 1918. After brawling with the trader who cheated him, he flees to the hills. In 1920, he joins the Soviet partisans and assists them in fighting the invading British troops on behalf of the Soviets. When the British try to collect animals from the herdsmen at the same time as the commandant meets with a reborn Grand Lama, he is caught by the British. The army discovers an amulet after the trapper is killed, indicating he is a direct descendant of Genghis Khan. They discover he is still alive, so the army heals him and prepares to use him as the leader of a puppet regime. As a result of being put in command of the puppet administration, the trapper is thrown into the spotlight. However, at the end of the film, the "puppet" has turned on his masters.
