Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie

Shadowlaw's vicious commander Bison has been seeking for the world's finest warrior for years. Ryu, a youthful traveler who never stays long enough for Bison to discover him, provides it. He develops a crush on Ken Masters, an American martial arts champion who learned with Ryu as a child. Meanwhile, Major Guile of the US Army must link up with Chun Li of China to catch Bison and stop his international crime ring.
