The Assassins

People were scared when the Prime Minister of the Han Dynasty went east and defeated China's best warrior, Lu Bu. Cao Cao (Chow Yun Fat) went to the east and defeated Lu Bu. Cao becomes King of Wei a few years after taking the Han Emperor under his wing. In order to show his power, he built a huge Bronze Sparrow Island. Rumors spread that he was going to be the new Emperor. Mu Shun (Hiroshi Tamaki) and Ling Ju (Liu Yi-Fei), two young lovers, are taken from a prison camp to a hidden tomb, where they spend five years training to be assassins for a secret job. There will be a big change in the sky in the year 220 BC. So, Cao's son, Cao Pi (Yau Sam-Chi), and Cao's followers want Cao to become the new Emperor. But unknown forces are planning to stop him from becoming Emperor.
