The Challenger Disaster
It takes one engineer to the brink of madness in 1986 to halt the launch of the Challenger. This irascible engineer, concerned that the O-ring seals will break and result in the deaths of everyone on board, is in a mad dash against the clock to cancel the billion-dollar, multiple-delayed Challenger launch. This was a business choice made by Marshall Space Flight, the company, and NASA as a whole. A human decision was made by him.
