The Last of the Finest

The Los Angeles Police Department fires an elite gang of vice cops for being too aggressive in their drug battle. Some of their bosses are clearly participants in the narcotics network. An undercover narcotics ring is fought by four prohibited cops (three after one is killed). So they rob tiny drug traffickers to fund their firearms purchases. Then, armed, they pursue the kingpin (Boyd).
