The Ringer

Under duress from an unscrupulous uncle (Brian Cox) and a mountain of debt, charming loser Steve Barker (Knoxville) resorts to an unimaginable, vile, just-crazy-enough-to-work plot. He feigns mental illness in order to rig the forthcoming Special Olympics and take home the gold. However, when Steve's fellow competitors discover the con, they motivate him to take on the ultimate challenge: becoming a better person.
