The Tuskegee Airmen

The US Army Air Corps begins a unique mission to incorporate African American pilots into the Fighter Pilot Program during WWII. These guys were dubbed "Tuskegee Airmen" after the airbase where they were trained, and they were forced to suffer relentless harassment, bigotry, and a great deal of behind-the-scenes politics until they were finally able to prove themselves in combat.
