An Interpol agent has a job to go to Amsterdam and look into a drug ring. If you take one hit of the new drug, it costs $100,000. It sends a person to Nirvana for two weeks. The problem is that the drug Adrenalzon comes from dead people, but only when they are having a lot of fear near death because their adrenaline gland is making a lot. It takes someone dying to get one hit of a drug. When Paradisco starts selling drugs, he starts making a lot of money. He is the only dealer of adrenaline in the world. Paradiso starts taking over the whole drug trade in Europe. The only thing that can stop this crazy person is the even more crazy former Interpol agent, Swan, who can't seem to give up his own habits. Swan's brave sidekick, a sexy Russian Interpol agent, is the only person who thinks he can be good again.
