Dharma & Greg
The American sitcom Dharma & Greg ran from September 24, 1997, to April 30, 2002. Jenna Elfman and Thomas Gibson play Dharma and Greg Montgomery, who got married on their first date even though they couldn't be more different. The show is made by Chuck Lorre Productions, More-Medavoy Productions, 4 to 6 Foot Productions, and 20th Century Fox Television in collaboration for ABC. The composer Dennis C. Brown wrote and sang the show's theme song. The executive producers, Dottie Dartland and Chuck Lorre, got a lot of their ideas for the comedy from so-called "fish out of water" or "culture clash" situations. The show was nominated for eight Golden Globe Awards, six Emmy Awards, and six Satellite Awards. In 1999, Elfman won a Golden Globe for Best Actress.
