Family Affair
The American comedy Family Affair aired on CBS from September12,1966, to September9, 1971. Bill Davis, a well-to-do civil engineer and bachelor, tried to raise his brother's orphaned children in his opulent New York City apartment. Mr. Giles French, Davis' conventional English gentleman's gentleman, had to adjust as well, having to care after Cissy,15, and the 6-year-old twins, Jody and Buffy. The show aired for a total of 138 episodes. Don Fedderson, who is well renowned for My Three Sons and The Millionaire, conceived and produced Family Affair.
