InuYasha

Kagome Higurashi is a young girl who lives with her family in modern times. They live near the old Higure shrine. Kagome doesn't know that she is the reincarnation of the priestess Kikyo or that she has the "Jewel of Four Souls" (the Shikon jewel). One bad day, Kagome finds an old well near her house and is suddenly sucked through it into a feudal Japan where demons live. There, she meets Inuyasha, whose powerful demon father and human mother gave birth to him. An enchanted arrow is holding him to a tree.
