My Super Sweet 16
My Super Sweet 16 is an MTV reality series about teens with wealthy parents who arrange big coming-of-age parties. Quinceaera, sweet16, My Super Sweet 21 and My Super Swag 18 birthday parties. On January 18, 2005, the show premiered. Hilary Duff sings the opening theme, "Sweet Sixteen." A number of celebrity coming-of-age parties have also been featured on the show. The show has included Bow Wow, Sean Kingston, Aly and AJ, Chris Brown, and Soulja Boy Tell Em's parties. MTV produced a Spanish version called "Quiero mis quinces" or "Super Dulces 16." Exiled, an MTV spinoff, premiered in 2008. On the show, parents send their "sweet sixteeners" to remote countries to test if they can survive. My Super Psycho Sweet16, MTV's newest entry to the franchise, debuted on October23, 2009 and starred Julianna Guill.
