Supersize vs Superskinny

Channel 4 in the United Kingdom airs a show called "Supersize vs. Superskinny," which provides viewers with information regarding various diets and extreme eating practices. A weekly comparison between a person who is overweight and a person who is underweight is one of the most important aspects of the show. The two individuals are placed under the care of Dr. Christian Jessen in a feeding clinic, where they will spend the next five days living together and exchanging diets. Anna Richardson, who studied novel strategies to lose weight by following diets she finds on the Internet, was a regular participant on the show throughout the first, second, and third series. Some of the diets she tried had shocking negative effects. For instance, Anna tried to get rid of her fat with laser lipolysis, but the procedure was a disaster and left her with significant bruising. In addition to this, she learned about diabulimia and had a conversation with Isabelle Caro, a French actress who is famous for her thin body and her advocacy work against anorexia. In the first season, which aired in2008, one of the features had Gillian McKeith looking for a means to "ban huge bottoms" in the UK. She put a number of various buttock-toning exercises to the test on a variety of groups of women and then compiled a list of the ones that proved to be the most successful.
