The Big Easy
The 1987 film of the same name inspired the Big Easy television series. The series debuted on the USA Cable Network on August 11, 1996. Tony Crane portrayed New Orleans police lieutenant/detective Remy McSwain, Susan Walters portrayed state district attorney Anne Osbourne, and Barry Corbin portrayed New Orleans police chief C.D. LeBlanc. The series' executive producer was Daniel Petrie Jr. Over the course of two seasons, 35 episodes were shown. The series is set in New Orleans, Louisiana, and was shot entirely on location.
