Undercover focuses on Maya, the first African-American Director of Public Prosecutions. She discovers her spouse Nick has been deceiving her for years just as she is set to assume her new position and become the subject of severe public scrutiny. Nick was a daring and devoted undercover agent twenty years ago, infiltrating organizations deemed dangerous to society due to their political ideals.
