Penelope, or Polka-Dot, is a vivacious young lady who is always willing to help others, especially her unwell mother. Polka-Dot meets a tough cop and his tracking canine Luey while looking for a part-time job. Whenever Polka-illness Dot's mother's deteriorates, Luey encourages her to develop inner strength and faith.
