Charlie, an obnoxious 18-year-old, escapes from a youth drug treatment facility, but when he returns home to Los Angeles, his parents stage an intervention and force him to enter an adult rehab. There, he encounters Eva, a beautiful but disturbed girl, and is forced to contend with drugs, illusive love, and split parents.
