Dakota
A former service dog named Dakota moves in with a single mother and her daughter on a family farm outside of a small town. The mother's name is Kate Cornish, and her daughter's name is Alex Sultan. Dakota makes a speedy adjustment to her new surroundings and rapidly earns a reputation as something of a community hero. She and Alex quickly become inseparable. However, when the town's corrupt sheriff poses a threat to the livelihood of the farm, Dakota is obligated to assist the family in banding together and rescuing the property.
