Phil Broker is a former DEA agent who is in difficulty after his action against a biker gang went horribly wrong, killing his boss's son. He was recently widowed and has a 9-year-old daughter, Maddy. For Maddy's sake, he resolves to leave the volatile and stressful life of thrills and retire to a little town. A daughter fights off a bully at school, which puts in motion a chain of events that culminates in his direct confrontation with the local Meth drug lord. His history with the biker group also enters the picture, complicating issues. But he has a goal to protect his daughter, and he is willing to pay any price to do it.
