Frank Horrigan, a veteran agent of the Secret Service, is troubled by his inability to save President Kennedy in Dallas, where he was assigned as a protection detail agent. Thirty years later, a man identifying himself as "Booth" threatens the life of the current President, compelling Horrigan to return to protection detail and confront the demons of his past.
