A mysterious tattoo artist tattoos a human-faced spider on the back of an abducted woman. She and her partner are subsequently thrust into a conspiracy-fueled nightmare, where they risk becoming the very evil they strive to avoid. The spider's visage appears to redden with increasing hunger with each fresh bloody occurrence.
