Rusty Nail is back on the road, determined to punish injustice at every step – and this time, he's accompanied by a gang of irascible street racers en route to the Road Rally 1000. While driving through a deserted shortcut on their approach to the race, a chance encounter with Rusty goes nasty, and he soon begins stalking, taunting, and torturing them until they reach the end of the road.
