A man and a lady are fleeing from gangsters who have taken $12.5 million from them. When the gangsters arrive, he brings them ostensibly to the location of the money, but really leads them into a trap at a remote crystal-meth facility. For unclear reasons, the gangsters and drug dealers commence a shootout, with both sides pursuing Belushi. Meanwhile, an unethical cop is having a covert affair with the girl friend and plotting to steal the money.
