Modesty Blaise is a secret agent who can change her hair color, hair style, and clothes at the flick of a finger. She is being used by the British government as a decoy to try to stop a diamond heist. Because she knows the plan, she gets help from Willie Garvin and a few other friends to get the feds. Gabriel, the diamond thief, has his own plans for Blaise and Garvin while he's on the island.
