When a young couple moves into the vacant house next door, the tranquil suburban life of one man takes a sickeningly negative turn. It is evident from the outset that these individuals are not the peaceful professionals who *should* inhabit such a pleasant area. As more implausible occurrences transpire, our protagonist begins to question his own sanity, as well as that of his family.
