Salomé
Salomé, one of Al Pacino's director experiments, was shot over the course of five days in 2011, but has not yet been widely distributed. It is screened as part of a double feature on the Oscar Wilde short play "Salomé," which also includes the documentary "Wilde Salomé," which was shown at the Venice Film Festival and documents the making of this film. The following is the synopsis for the 1923 adaptation of the play, as provided by IMDb: "Using a sensual dance, Salome, Herodias's daughter, seduces Herod, the governor of Judea, who becomes her stepfather and uncle. His pledge to her is the head of the prophet John the Baptist in exchange for her service."
