Due to his health, Santi, a high school student with severe photosensitivity, must move with his single mother to a dark, isolated community in the Spanish highlands where the locals turn out to be oddly xenophobic Santi becomes a school pariah and subsequently a suspect in horrendous murders when horrific, violent events start happening. But Santi himself wonders if he is next.
