A small boy witnesses his father being murdered by a toy that was given anonymously to his home. Following that, he is unable to talk, and his mother is left to deal with both him and her husband's death. Meanwhile, a toy maker named Joe Peto creates some suspicious-looking toys, and a strange man stalks the toy business and the boy's home...but who is behind the killer toys?
