Joe Huff (Brian Bosworth) is a tough, outcast cop who excels at infiltrating dangerous biker gangs. The FBI blackmails Joe into an undercover operation that involves infiltrating "The Brotherhood," a powerful Mississippi biker gang linked to the murder of government officials as well as drug dealing with the mafia.
