Shep Ramsey is an interplanetary hero, resolving conflicts, etc. Unfortunately, his spaceship has been destroyed and he is now stranded on Earth until it can be repaired. He doesn't bring his superhero gear, but he can't stand by and let injustices go unpunished, so he hangs out with bad drivers, obnoxious paperboys, muggers, and the like.
