Two astronauts, Steve Barkett and Larry Latham, come back to a changed Earth after a long mission in space. Los Angeles is run by rebel gangs and mutants, but the astronauts, two pretty women, and a few kids are part of a growing resistance movement. In this sci-fi story, the men fight against Cutter, the leader of a violent group of bell-bottomed bikers, and his gang.
