A socially awkward yet very enterprising teenager decides to obtain a "mail order buddy"; an innovative exchange student from France. Rather, he ends up importing his personal nightmare, a cologne-soaked, chain-smoking, sex-obsessed youth who swiftly becomes the hero of his brand-new area.
