Ray Owens became sheriff of Sommerton Junction after a botched LAPD mission. A legendary drug baron, his gang, and a captive are on their way to Sommerton Junction, where police are prepared to make a last stand before crossing the border. Owens is hesitant to get involved at first, but eventually joins the law enforcement activities.
