The Moderns
Living in the expatriate neighborhood of 1920s Paris is struggling American artist Nick Hart. In addition to nagging gallery owner Libby Valentin to sell his paintings, he spends the most of his time drinking and mingling in nearby coffee shops. He is entangled in a scheme to forge three paintings by wealthy art patron Nathalie de Ville. Due to the fact that Hart's ex-wife Rachel is married to American rubber tycoon Bertram Stone, this results in frequent run-ins with him.
