The Three Musketeers
With aspirations to become a king's musketeer, D'Artagnan travels to Paris as a young man. He meets and has a disagreement with three men, Athos, Porthos, and Aramis, each of whom challenges him to a duel in order to prove their point. As soon as D'Artagnan discovers that they are musketeers, he is urged to join them in their efforts to defy Cardinal Richelieu, who desires to expand his already enormous influence over the monarch. Additionally, D'Artagnan must manage his relationships with the seductive Constance Bonancieux and the passionate Lady De Winter, who is working as a covert agent for the cardinal.
