Jennifer Marsh (Diane Lane) is a special agent of the FBI's cybercrime section. She thinks she's seen everything until a particularly cruel criminal emerges on the Internet. This tech-savvy murderer uses his website to broadcast live broadcasts of his atrocities; the more visitors the site receives, the faster the victim dies. Marsh and her squad must track down the assailant before the clock runs out.
