Article 99

As the head doctor at a veterans' hospital, Dr. Richard Sturgess leads a team of kind doctors. He fights alongside Drs. Morgan, Handleman, and Van Dorn to ensure that indigent veterans receive sufficient care in the face of funding cuts and a corrupt administration. To be successful, the staff may have to bend the rules and get around "Article 99," a bureaucratic loophole that stops veterans from getting the benefits they deserve.
