Jack Sadelstein, a successful advertising executive in Los Angeles with a lovely wife and children, looks forward to one occasion each year: his twin sister Jill's Thanksgiving visit. Jack is irritated by Jill's neediness and passive-aggressiveness, which has turned his previously quiet existence upside down.
