Rookie of the Year
Despite his physical limitations, Henry Rowengartner, 12, grew up dreaming of being a minor league baseball player like his late father. A broken tendon in Henry's arm allows him to throw pitches as fast as 103 mph. Following an opponent's home run, Henry is observed by Larry "Fish" Fisher, the struggling Chicago Cubs' general manager, at nearby Wrigley Field.
