The Comedian

One of the best-known cartoonists of all time, Jackie Burke, is aging fast. In spite of his efforts to reinvent himself and his comic genius, the audience still only wants to know him as the former television persona he formerly played. Jackie, who is already a burden on his younger brother and his wife, has been sentenced to community service after accosting a member of the crowd.
